What we do

Commercial tile and stone, furnished and installed

We source the material, install it to the TCNA Handbook and ANSI A108 and A118 standards, and service it after turnover. Ceramic, porcelain, glass and mosaic tile; large-format and gauged porcelain panels; granite, marble, limestone and travertine; quarry tile and pavers.

Our clients are the general contractors and construction managers building across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the architects and interior designers who specify the work, and the hospital systems, school districts, and national chains behind them.

What general contractors say

Modern Tile Co. is a reliable subcontractor that continues to be committed to performing at the highest level of quality, resulting in continued customer satisfaction.

Benjiman Austin, Austin Commercial

Modern Tile has provided my company excellent service, pricing and quality for over twenty years. I strive for value and performance with all of my associations and Modern Tile consistently delivers these attributes.

Stan Himes, Himes Construction Management

Clint Bunch and his team at Modern Tile have been a working partner with DBI for many years. Dee Brown, Inc risks our brand by not working with a tile installer that will put in a high quality product. Modern has performed their work in a professional manner, efficiently and effectively for DBI on many high profile projects.

Rob Barnes, Vice President, Dee Brown, Inc.

When it came time to completely re-tile our firm’s office space, Modern Tile was our choice to perform the work. They are not just a tile installer, they have an eye toward design and how to get the best look and fit out of the unique tiles that we selected. I think they were pickier than us!

Deric Salser, Director of Operations, Evergreen Architectural Group LLC
